Michele’s Story |
I always loved animals and I'd been a vegetarian for most of my adult life. However, I'd always eaten dairy and never really knew about animals in dairy farms and how they were treated. I always assumed their lives were just fine.
Then my eyes were opened. I now understand that the animal agriculture and dairy industries keep farm animals under unimaginably deplorable and inhumane conditions, where they are born into suffering and are eventually slaughtered. Even animals used solely for dairy, not for their flesh, are kept and slaughtered under the same conditions. I could no longer silently support these industries, so I became vegan literally overnight and I've never looked back. Now I want to help as many people as possible GO VEGAN for the sake of the animals. |
