background
With a Master’s Degree in Counseling & Psychology and advanced professional certifications in hypnotherapy, energy healing, and shamanic practices, my background and approach is a blend of psychology and spirituality. I’ve trained with well-known pioneers & teachers, Dr. Brian Weiss and Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn.
Change happens when we combine practical therapeutic tools with a spiritual perspective. I’ll nonjudgmentally bear witness and hold space for emotions, cognitive patterns, and your energy to shift.

Beyond my healing practice, I’m an advocate for animal rights and engage regularly in animal rescue. You'll find me supporting farm animal sanctuaries, participating in activism, and mentoring others who choose to align their actions with their compassionate values.
My respect for animals, actively expressed through veganism, informs everything I do.
