Michele Granberg, MA, has been a meditator for almost 40 years and has been teaching meditation and other related programs for over 25 years. She has completed a professional level Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program under the direction of Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, a leader in the field of applied meditation and mindfulness techniques.
