  • Yes! Remote sessions are absolutely available via Zoom (preferred), WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Signal. Phone (non-video) sessions are also an option. All in-person sessions are held in Michele’s private office in central NJ. The address is provided upon appointment confirmation.

  • Payment is requested in advance to secure your spot. Payments are generally non-refundable unless at least 24 hours’ notice is given. In many cases, payments can be transferred to another date depending on the circumstances. Payments are accepted through Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. View the Payment Info page here. Cash or check upon arrival may be accepted if arranged in advance.

  • The best way to book is through this website’s Contact page. Please allow about 24 hours for a response by email.

  • Michele does this work full-time. She is generally available Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend openings. Sessions typically book one to two weeks in advance. Once a session is scheduled and payment is received, your appointment is confirmed and held in good faith. Please review Michele’s Business Policies for details.

  • No. Michele does not accept insurance. She is a life coach and not a licensed counselor, social worker, medical practitioner, or clinician. Her services are offered under the general heading of wellness and stress reduction. Michele does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
